“Hi Yannis,

Yes we have returned from Italy. The trip was wonderful and far exceeded my expectations! Anna Maria was a God send. She took such good care of us. She was always there helping to make this trip wonderful for all of us. Her knowledge of Italy was impeccable. She tried to do the impossible - that is to get 27 women to be on time every time we stopped at a rest stop or tour! She has tremendous patience but was firm when she needed to be. At no time was she unavailable to us even at 12:30 in the morning in Venice when me and a couple of others were stranded at Piazza San Marco. She spoke with the carabinerri to help us find our way back to the hotel. She consulted with me on everything to ensure we were on the same page. I really appreciated that. She negotiated with store owners to get the best price on goods they wanted to purchase and assisted in making menu changes for those that did not eat what was being served for dinner. I can't imagine the trip being a success and enjoyable without her help. As for the trip we all had a wonderful time. The local your guides were very knowledgeable and more than willing to answer our questions. They were also very accommodating to ensure that even the slowest walkers kept up with the tour. The hotels were all very nice and the meals we had at the hotel in Rome were delicious!

Once again I thank you for the great trip and look forward to our next excursion.

“Hi Yannis,

Everything was fantastic! The boat is in great shape and we had an excellent crew. The captain was very nice and gave us good advice on our new itinerary. Everyone loved our stops, swimming, excursions, etc. The winds and sea conditions in our intended direction were terrible. We had blue skies and calm seas. Food was excellent and the boat was very generous with drinks at parties, etc. Finally, the Cruise director Yannis was great, very helpful, and everyone liked him. We became grandparents for the first time during the cruise! We are in New Hampshire now seeing our new grandson. Thank you for everything.” D & P C 09/19/2012
